Reports suggested Southampton were in for Birmingham City striker Che Adams in January but the transfer never developed whilst the Blue were under a transfer embargo.
After three rejected bids now it appears Birmingham City are willing to listen to offers of over £14 million. Saints are ready to ramp up their offer to secure their second signing of the summer.
